A BIG THANK YOU!

The threat of rain didn't dampen the spirit of our hearty Bennett Valley Vision volunteers today. Our loyal Cub Scout Pack 55 and parents joined Alistair Bleifuss, Santa Rosa city creek steward in caring for Arroyo Sierra Creek as they have for the past five years. Other major projects included weeding, pruning, and spreading mulch along Bethards Drive, mowing and pruning at Creekside Park, and weeding and pruning on the Summerfield corridor. Although these areas are looking so nice, we were amazed at the amount of work and debris that was generated.

We thank today's volunteers and ALL of the volunteers who work throughout the year, those who have made the donations to make this possible, and the city of Santa Rosa, especially Tom Lococo.

For those of you who were unable to join us today, we hope to see you in the Fall.
Can't come, but you'd like to help? Debit account for plantings at Urban Tree Farm 544.4446. Debit account landscaping material at Sequoia Landscaping 527.5512. We regret that donations are not tax deductible.
